Agile Leadership Principles

Agile Leadership is essential if an organization is to effect true Agile business change. It involves Communication, Commitment and Collaboration as part of the “Nine Principles of Agile Leadership”. Agile Leadership is something that varies and improves over time.  These principles go some way to describing what Agile Leadership entails.  These principles have been tested with a wide audience of leaders and practitioners and they have proved useful useful to any senior executive or manager engaging in the work of transforming their organization into an Agile one.
